Your service expectations are very important to us. We will give you the attention you deserve by:
- limiting the number of weddings we design so as not to overextend ourselves
- offering more meetings at your venues or a floral warehouses to further develop your concepts
- operating on appointment only; insuring that we are available to give you our undivided attention
- being available on your wedding day
- offering our artistic, interior design and event planning knowledge to help with overall wedding theme design
Quality flowers and materials
deBruyn designs uses only premium quality, properly cared for, fresh flowers from all over the world and local gardens to bring your dream to life. Our clients receive lush floral arrangements with the best and newest varieties of floral product available, the latest trends in floral design, and only the finest embellishments. We are able to design in any style preference; be it European, contemporary, garden, or minimal and are constantly changing to reflect our client's taste. Beyond flowers, we'll use produce, woody textures, shells, jewelry, beads, ribbons, crystals, trims, or personal items you want to include to achieve a meaningful, original look. We give special attention to every detail of the design. For example our bouquet wraps will coordinate with your gown's details.
Pricing
Since each client has unique floral preferences, we prefer to give an estimate at your first meeting rather than a general price list or package. Within 3 days of your complimentary consultation, we will further develop your design and e-mail you an itemized description listing the cost of each item and service.. You may hold your date with a 10% deposit applied toward your balance.
We always respect your budget and will design floral creations to the fullest extent within your price range. Our desire is to create the value you expect to receive, but most often our clients express that we have far exceeded their expectations.
Floral design service details:
- Initial consultation includes: interview, initiation of the design process, a review of budget, and pricing estimates.
- If needed, a second consultation includes: design presentation or discussion of the written proposal, and review of the venues.
- Third consultation (3 weeks prior to event) includes: final design modifications.
- We offer an optional visit to one of our wholesale floral vendors to search the available products for unique floral selections.
- Delivery and set up services include bouquet presentation and pin on assistance.
- We offer floral arrangement transfer services between event sites for an additional fee.
- We offer many items for rent.
- We have an extensive library of floral books, magazines, scrapbooks and portfolios should you desire to browse examples of ways to express or define your style.
- We offer overall wedding theme design consultation for a separate, small fee. This includes help in selecting table linens, programs, invitations, backdrop draping and lighting.
